Exchange Process

Please read below for information on our exchange process.

 No returns are accepted for Hair Accessories, Swimwear or Underwear.

Exchanges or returns will only be accepted if the item has been un-used, un-worn and in its original condition. Exchanges or returns are not valid or accepted if the item has been discounted via a code, discounted via a sale or is not within our 14 day return policy.

Please make sure that your item is valid for a return by ensuring the above does not apply to your item. If items are sent back and the above applies, you may be subject to a return postage fee.

To Exchange your item within 14 days of receiving your item, providing the item was not discounted or on sale, please see below.

Please include the following details in the return satchel - It is advised to keep the tracking number of your return with you at all times, as we will not be held responsible for missing parcels.

Please note, sending an item back for an exchange will entitle you to a store credit. A code will be emailed to you for the value of your returned item. You are then able to use this code to select a new item for exchange. This is subject to the approval of your exchange and after the item is inspected and approved by our Returns Manager. 


We trade in accordance to Australian consumer law and do not refund for change of mind purchase. Refunds will only be offered if an item is faulty through no fault of your own, and if a replacement or repair cannot be offered.
