SHIPPING & DELIVERY
General processing times are currently at up to 21 business days from ordering, providing you have not selected an item described to you as a preorder.
Please note all processing times are approximate and can be slightly longer when placing an order during a sale period.
Orders placed between January 28th to February 4th 2022 may see processing and transit delays due to closures at one of our main fulfilment centres for Chinese New Year.
Preorder items will be described as such in the product description. We currently require up to 6 weeks to process pre orders.
* Orders with a preorder cannot be separated and will be processed along with the other items in your order. Please be sure you understand this before proceeding with an order as we cannot change or cancel preorders. This will delay any in stock items in your order, until your preorder items are ready to ship.
Delivery times (after processing time) is currently up to 21 business days from the date you receive your shipping confirmation email. This is due to current global manufacturing and shipping issues out of our control.

We can all agree that the last few years have had such an effect on all small and large businesses who manufacture offshore. These impacts are uncontrollable and have had devastating consequences which will take months to rectify.
There are still currently shipping issues worldwide which can see delays however we are working closely with our manufactures and logistics to get orders manufactured, processed and shipped as soon as possible.
*Delays in Transit
Due to the impact of COVID-19 on shipping operations for our International Couriers and Australia Post there can be extended transit delays outside of our control.
RESIDENTS OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA
*Please refer to your country's current postal delays as parcels shipping outside of Australia may also endure possible and individual delays. These can be found on your postal service website.
If you fail to collect your parcel from Australia Post and the parcel is returned to sender, a replacement can take 4-8 weeks. You will also be charged $14.95 to have this returned to you once we received the parcel back to our International Fulfilment Centre.
On occasion, the parcel will be destroyed if it is not collected and a store credit will be issued less the postage paid.
Please be sure you supply the correct information on your order, as incorrect addresses supplied will mean you do not have buyer protection.
TRACKING YOUR PARCEL
When your order is ready to ship, an email with tracking details will be sent to the email address you used to place your order with.
If you haven't received an email with an update, please check your spam and promotions folders as our emails may be have been filtered incorrectly by your server/provider. You can also use the shipping guide as to when you should receive your parcel.
Due to stock availability, you may receive multiple tracking details. You may also receive only one tracking number but your order can still ship in multiple parcels.
WHAT TO DO IF YOU ARE MISSING AN ITEM IN DELIVERY
If you receive your order and are missing an item, they will most likely be coming separately. If this does occur, please allow up to 21 days ( in some cases, we may need up to 45 days ) for final items to arrive if separate parcels have been issued.

WHERE DO WE SHIP OUR ORDERS FROM
We ship worldwide from multiple location. Depending on stock levels at each warehouse, we may ship your orders from our Australian based warehouse or from on of the following International Fulfilment Centres - New Zealand, China & USA.
