PROCESSING TIME 

General processing times are 3-7 business days from ordering.

Please note all processing times are approximate and can be slightly longer when placing an order during a sale period. 

Delivery times (after processing time) is currently up to 7-21 business days from the date you receive your shipping confirmation email. Please allow for extra time when ordering during the 25th of Dec - 31st of January holiday season and also Chinese New Year 2nd Feb - 17th of Feb.

UNCOLLECTED | LOST PARCELS 

If you fail to collect your parcel from Australia Post, and the parcel is returned to us, a store credit will be issued less the shipping fee. We do not offer a refund or replacements for parcels uncollected. Please be aware, that this process can take up to 60 days due to multiple factors outside our control.

IMPORTANT - Please be sure you supply the correct information on your order, as incorrect addresses supplied cannot be altered or changed once the order has been shipped.

If your parcel has been lost in transit from our fulfilment centre to your address, and your address has been correctly supplied to us when placing your order, we cannot offer a credit until investigations from 3rd parties such as Australia Post have been conducted and the parcel has been deemed lost. 

Little Eedie is not responsible for any parcels undelivered where the wrong or incorrect details have been supplied to us when placing your order. Please let us know as quickly as possible if you see any errors or have made a mistake on your order so we can try our best to sort it out for you prior to your order being shipped.

 

TRACKING YOUR PARCEL

When your order is ready to ship, an email with tracking details will be sent to the email address you used to place your order with.

If you haven't received an email with an update, please check your spam and promotions folders as our emails may be have been filtered incorrectly by your server/provider. You can also use the shipping guide as to when you should receive your parcel.

To keep shipping efficient and in a timely manner, we may send your package in multiple shipments.

If you receive your order and are missing an item, they will most likely be coming separately. If this does occur, please allow up to 21 days ( in some cases, we may need up to 45 days ) for final items to arrive if separate parcels have been issued.

We ship worldwide from multiple location. Depending on stock levels at each warehouse, we may ship your orders from our Australian based warehouse or from one of the following International Fulfilment Centres - New Zealand, China & USA.
