AUSTRALIA-WIDE SHIPPING
FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $99 AUD
If an order qualified for free shipping and a return reduces the order total below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
Flat-Rate Shipping: $9.95 AUD for orders under $99
All parcels include tracking, and most orders are dispatched within 3–7 business days once processed.

BACKORDERS
At Little Eedie, some of our most popular items may be listed as Backorder or Pre-Order due to high demand.
If an item is on backorder, this will always be clearly displayed on the product page, in the product title, and/or within the product description before checkout.
What Backorder Means
A backorder item is still available to purchase, but needs additional time before it is ready to ship.
Backorder processing times are generally up to 28 business days, unless stated otherwise on the specific product listing.
Mixed Orders (In-Stock + Backorder Items)
If you purchase both in-stock and backorder items in the same order, your order may be:
✔ Split into multiple shipments, OR
✔ Sent together once the backorder item is ready
This depends on availability from our warehouses and is done to minimise delays.
Notifications
Once your backorder item has completed processing and is ready to ship, a tracking email will be sent to you automatically.
If you need your in-stock items earlier, please reach out and our team will do their best to help.
UNCOLLECTED, RETURNED & LOST PARCELS
Uncollected Parcels
If your parcel is not collected from Australia Post and is returned to us:

A store credit will be issued minus the shipping fee

Refunds are not available for uncollected parcels

Return transit can take up to 60 days, depending on Australia Post processing
Lost Parcels
If a parcel goes missing in transit and the correct address was supplied at checkout:

A formal investigation must be completed with Australia Post or the relevant courier

A credit or replacement can only be issued once the parcel is officially declared lost
Little Eedie cannot be held responsible for lost parcels where an incorrect or incomplete address was provided at checkout.
ADDRESS ERRORS
Please ensure your address is entered correctly at checkout.
Once your order has been shipped, we cannot override or change the delivery address.
If you notice an error after ordering, contact us immediately. We will do our best to correct it before your parcel is dispatched.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
When your order has been packed and is ready to dispatch, you will receive a tracking email sent to the email address used at checkout.
If you cannot find your tracking email:

✔ Log into your Little Eedie customer account to view your order status
✔ Use the shipping timeframes as a guide for when your parcel should arrive
Multiple Shipments
To keep delivery fast and efficient, your order may be sent in multiple parcels depending on warehouse location or stock availability.

Shipping rates and delivery timeframes vary depending on your country and will be calculated at checkout.
CHINESE NEW YEAR & PEAK PRODUCTION PERIODS
Please note that during Chinese New Year and other major international public holidays, many of our international suppliers, factories, and fulfilment centres temporarily close or operate with reduced capacity.
During these periods:
