GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
Little Eedie offers worldwide shipping and fulfils parcels from both our Melbourne based warehouse ( Generally our Toys & Gift section ) and International Fulfilment Centre. Please take this into consideration before placing your order.
PROCESSING- In stock items will need up to 6-8 days to process your order.
Preorder items placed after 16/10/19 are currently needing 2 weeks to process with additional shipping time below.
Orders with a preorder cannot be separated and will be processed together.
SHIPPING - The delivery time once your order finalises its processing is currently approx. between 7-14 days. In some case, this time may be extended to up to 21 days depending on transit and custom delays in which we cannot predict nor control.
*Excluding Pre-walkers, Sandals, Oxfords and all other baby shoes. Processing time is currently 14 days. Delivery time after processing is 21 days due to the handmade nature of these items.
* Toys & Gifts are processed within 24-48 hours ( Providing your order does NOT contain a PREORDER item )
Please take into consideration during peak times, sales or public holiday periods.
New Zealand Parcels need to allow an extra 6 days to arrive due to custom hold ups at this current time.
CHRISTMAS DELIVERY - Its important to understand the shipping time prior to placing an order. You must calculated the above timeframes and understand them when placing an order if you wish to receive before Christmas. Also acknowledge if you have a preorder item by ensuring you read the description of the item you are buying.
TRACKING - You will be issued a tracking number via email once your order has finalised processing and been shipped as mentioned above. Sometimes this may be delayed to update.
If you haven't received an update email with an update, please use the shipping guide as to when you should receive your parcel, as these timeframes still apply.
On occasion, you may receive multiple tracking details depending on availability. You may also receive only one tracking number but multiple parcels.
If you receive your order and are missing an item, they will most likely be coming separately and the team can look into it for you.
If you have receive your items, missing some in the first package and would like to enquire, please allow up to 21 days for final items to arrive if seperate parcels have been issued.
