WHERE DO YOU SOURCE YOUR PRODUCTS FROM?
We carry a very large range of products which are sourced from all over the world. Our international buying agent ensures we can offer the right products at an affordable price. We also stock products designed in Australia, made in Germany and supply local brands. We have toys and decor items from New Zealand and items manufactured in China.
HOW ACCURATE ARE YOUR SIZES?
We never want to send you something that doesn't fit properly but it may be unavoidable because of slight differences in item sizing between manufacturers so we have a size chart available on most of our product pages. If you cannot locate the sizes for a particular item, please use the contact us page at the bottom of this page for further assistance before purchasing.
CAN I USE MORE THAN 1 DISCOUNT CODE AT THE CHECKOUT?
We love offering store discount codes! However, only 1 can be used at one time. If we have an automatic discount sale on, we cannot accept additional discounts. If you have a store credit and our website isn't accepting it, please use the contact us form located on the bottom of the page for further assistance.
HOW DO I KNOW IF I HAVE A PREORDER ITEM?
Each listing on our website will let you know in the product description if you are looking at a Preorder item. The description of an item is an important paragraph that assists you in choosing your item. Its important that you read this information prior to ordering as we cannot alter nor refund any preorder items if you simply may have missed the description.
I DIDN'T KNOW I HAD A PREORDER, HOW DO I CANCEL?
If you have selected a Preorder Item, and didn't realise, you may have missed reading the description of your item.
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel Preorder items. However we can cancel the full order and issue a Store Credit for the total providing the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
WILL I RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION?
Yes! Our website will send you an order confirmation within the minute after you have successfully made a purchase. If you didn't receive one in your inbox, please check your spam. If it's still not there, please use the contact us form at the bottom of this page to check you have input the correct contact details.
HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS DISPATCHED?
We only send 2 emails, one is for order confirmation and the other is for order dispatch. We do not keep every order personally updated due to the amount of orders we process and the variety of stock we carry. If you need additional information regarding your order, and it has been more than 2 weeks since you have placed your order, please use the contact us page located at the bottom of this page.
WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER ONCE MY ORDER HAS LEFT YOUR WAREHOUSE OR FULFILMENT CENTRE?
Yes! Each order is issued with a tracking number once your order has been initiated to be dispatched. It can take up to 5 days for tracking to appear once it's been emailed to you. Please read more about this on our Postage & Handling page HERE.
Please note - You may receive 1 tracking and multiple packages or multiple tracking numbers for 1 order. This is for logistic reasons and we cannot guarantee your order will be shipped together.
