Yes! We ship worldwide.
A flat-rate international shipping fee of $9.95 AUD applies to all overseas orders.
Tracking is included on all parcels.

4. Can I use more than one discount code?
Only one discount code can be used per order.
If we are running an automatic storewide discount, additional codes cannot be applied.

5. How do I know if an item is a backorder?
Every backorder item is clearly marked in the product title or description.
We strongly recommend reading the full product description, as backorder items have their own processing timeframes.

6. I didn’t realise my item was a preorder or on backorder. Can I cancel it?
Preorders or backorders cannot be individually cancelled.
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we can cancel the entire order and issue a store credit for the full amount.
7. Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. You will receive an order confirmation immediately after checkout.
If you don’t see it, please check your spam or junk folder.

8. How will I know when my order is dispatched?
You will receive one dispatch email when your order is ready to ship.
Due to high order volume, we do not send individual updates for every stage of the process.
If it has been more than 2 weeks since ordering and you haven’t received dispatch confirmation, you can contact us for an update.
9. Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes - your tracking number is emailed once your parcel has been initiated for dispatch.
Please allow up to 5 days for tracking scans to appear.
