We understand the impact the current situation has had on our families, friends and our entire world at the moment. We want you to know, we are still operating, complying with the Australian Government's policies and ensuring the safety of our staff and customers in this difficult time.
UPDATE WAS ISSUED ON THE 1/01/2020 to notify our customers of possible delays. Please read further for more information.
All orders are currently shipping as per normal, please ensure you read our shipping policy and timeframes as these coincide with the current situation.
Please monitor Australia Post's website for any delay notifications as the situation is constantly changing.

GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
Little Eedie offers worldwide shipping and fulfils parcels from both our Melbourne based warehouse ( Generally our Toys & Gift section ) and International Fulfilment Centre.
Please take this into consideration before placing your order.
General processing times are currently at 8-10 days of ordering providing you have not selected an item described to you as a preorder.
Our baby shoes, besides Beau & Luxe brand, have a 14 days processing before shipping.

Preorder items will be described as such in the product description. We are currently needing 6 weeks to process with additional shipping time below.
* Orders with a preorder cannot be separated and will be processed along with the other items in your order. Please be sure you understand this before proceeding with an order as we cannot change or cancel preorders. This will delay any in stock items in your order, until your preorder items are ready to ship.
SHIPPING & TRANSIT TIME
The delivery time once your order finalises its processing is currently approx. between 7-14 days. In some cases, this time may be extended to up to 21 days depending on transit and custom delays in which we cannot predict nor control.
In some situations, we may need up to 45 days. This is due to the current situation with covid19.
If you fail to collect your parcel from Australia Post and the parcel is returned to sender, a replacement can take 4-8 weeks. You will also be charged 14.95 to have this returned to you once we received the parcel back to our International Fulfilment Centre.
On occasion, the parcel will be destroyed if it is not collected and a store credit will be issued less the postage paid.
Please be sure you supply the correct information on your order, as incorrect addresses supplied will mean you do not have buyer protection.
TRACKING YOUR PARCEL
When your order is ready to ship, an email with tracking details will sent to the email address you used to place your order with.
If you haven't received an email with an update, please check your spam just in case. You can also use the shipping guide as to when you should receive your parcel, as these timeframes will apply.
On occasion, you may receive multiple tracking details depending on availability. You may also receive only one tracking number but multiple parcels.
MISSING AN ITEM
If you receive your order and are missing an item, they will most likely be coming separately. If this does occur, please allow up to 21 days ( in some cases, we may need up to 45 days ) for final items to arrive if seperate parcels have been issued.
