WHAT IS A PREORDER

A Preorder item is an item we offer to you at an affordable price and we purchase in bulk to keep our prices low. We may also offer a preorder item when we have a production about to commence. This helps us with the quality and sizes we need to account for.

This can sometimes explain our turnaround time frames.

*If your order contains an In Stock item with a Preorder item, the order will be shipped once the Preorder item is ready.

*You may request to part ship your order, please email orderenquiry@littleeedie.com if you wish to request additional postage invoice.

TURNAROUND & TIMEFRAMES

We give an approximate time of delivery between 3-8 weeks, this DOES NOT take into consideration delays in the ordering process, international shipping delays, production delays or public holiday periods.

We also take in consideration the amount of orders that we are processing. While our turn around is normally really quick and easy, there can be delays which are out of our control.

In regards to any delays, we understand that this may be frustrating, and we share the frustration. We don't delay orders on purpose, and we want you to have your orders in timely form. 

We are super friendly and approachable, and would always help with an issue or concern. 

Order placed using Afterpay or ZipPay will not alter our time frames nor change our preorder turnaround.

We reserve the right to cancel any order without notice, and alter information at any given time. 

*Please understand that we are human just like you, and we try our best to ensure everyone is happy. We keep prices low to ensure affordability and we work with high volume orders. 

 We do not currently offer split orders ( sending what is in stock and a preorder placed in the same order ) When you place an order, only 1 shipping payment is required. If you request to have items available for immediate sending to be posted, an additional postage fee is applicable and only once this payment is made, we will part ship an order. 

PLEASE NOTE - All items vary with times, please allow up to 8 weeks before contacting us for an update.

( We do not send updates to each individual order but welcome enquiries ) This is purely because there is currently only 1 admin working hard behind the scenes.

Please understand, this delivery time is to our warehouse.

 HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS ON ITS WAY?

All of our orders are processed via our safe and secure website.

Upon fulfilling your item, you will receive a confirmation email along with tracking information ( where applicable ) to the email address you provided while ordering. Please allow up to 5 working days for your parcel scan to show up on Australia Post Trackable website. 

If its been less than 6 weeks and your yet to receive your confirmation, please wait a little longer, as you may have a preorder item in your  order has most likely not left our warehouse. Please double check our item listings to recheck if you have an item on preorder.

We only ask this as emails regarding a status can sometimes slow us down, especially if there are numerous emails regarding the same information.

PREORDER CANCELLATION

Cancellation of a preorder is treated as a change of mind condition. If you wish to cancel your order, you will be issued with a store credit or exchange.

On the rare occasion we may offer a refund, but a ( $10.50 ) cancellation fee will apply. This covers website/sales fee's, Paypal/Credit Merchant fee's and reselling fee's which are non refundable to us.

Upon ordering from our Preorders, you are committing to purchase from little eedie boutique, under the mentioned guidelines and agree to above turn around timeframes and conditions of sale.

You also acknowledge there may be delays with orders and have ordered correct sizing to allow for timeframes.

WE DO NOT REFUND PREORDERS. 

Once your order has been processed, you acknowledge that the same laws apply as per change of mind policy.

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we will issue a store credit for the order or product amount including shipping.

This also applies to late or delayed orders.
