ALL items are shipped from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia. We are not a drop shipping company.
- WHAT IS A PREORDER
A preorder is an item we may have manufactured for us and will require a manufacturing timeframe.
An item may also be offered on preorder if there a high demand, or excessive orders for, which will allow us time to process all orders.
In stock and preorder items that have been ordered under one transaction, along with one shipping payment, will be sent together when preorder items are available. You may opt to part ship your order if you have a mix of preorder & instock items, please contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange additional postage.
- TURNAROUND & TIMEFRAMES FOR PREORDERS
We give an approximate processing time of between 3-8 weeks. Please understand, that this is processing time only and does not include the amount of time it may take for you to receive your order once you receive a tracking number.
* Please note, that while we carry over 1000 different styles, there may be slight delays in manufacturing or international shipping hold ups for manufactured items to arrive to us. This is not intentional and apologise in advance if there may be a delay in a particular line or item.
Order placed using Afterpay or ZipPay will not alter our time frames nor change our preorder turnaround and we do not refund with orders placed using either service.
If you select EXPRESS POSTAGE, this will also not change the Preorder Processing time. Express Shipping is a service that Australia Post will use once your order has been dispatched.

- PREORDER CANCELLATION
Cancellation of a preorder is treated as a change of mind condition. If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, you will be issued with a store credit.
On the rare occasion we may offer a refund, but a ( $10.50 ) cancellation fee will apply. This covers website/sales fee's, Paypal/Credit Merchant fee's and reselling fee's which are non refundable to us.
Once your order has been placed, any alterations to an order may be considered as a change of mind and store credit may be issued.
If your Preorder is within the above mentioned timeframe, please use the above information as reference.
