DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Yes! We do! Our warehouse is based in Melbourne, Australia. We offer shipping all over the world, and postage options are located at the checkout. If you do not see your country listed, you can email info@littleeedie.com to request a quote.

DO YOU DROP SHIP YOUR PRODUCTS?

No! We are proudly an Australian Owned small business, and we do not drop ship our products. All items are packed and shipped by us right here in Melbourne.

WHERE DO YOU SOURCE YOUR PRODUCTS FROM?

We carry a very large range of products which are sourced from all over the world. Our international buying agent ensures we can offer the right products at an affordable price.

HOW DO I KNOW IF I HAVE A PREORDER ITEM?

Each listing on our website will let you know in the product description if you are looking at a Preorder item. The description of an item is an important paragraph that assists you in choosing your item. Its important that you read this information prior to ordering as we cannot alter nor refund any preorder items if you simply didn't read the description. 

WILL I RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION?

Yes! Our website will send you an order confirmation within the minute after you have successfully made a purchase. If you didn't receive one in your inbox, please check your spam. If its still not there, please email us at info@littleeedie.com to check you have input the correct contact details.

WILL YOU CONTACT ME AFTER ABOUT MY PREORDER I HAVE ORDERED?

We only send 2 emails, one is for order confirmation and the other is for order dispatch. We do not keep every order personally updated due to the amount of orders we process and the variety of stock we carry.

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER ONCE MY ORDER HAS LEFT YOUR WAREHOUSE?

Yes! Each order is issued with a tracking number once your order has been initiated to be dispatched. It can take up to 5 days for tracking to appear. Please read more about this on our Postage & Handling page. If you have an international order outside Australia, and you have selected Air Mail or standard shipping, there is no tracking. 

I HAVE EMAILED THE TEAM ABOUT MY PREORDER AND THE EMAILS DIRECT ME HERE , WHY?

If you have been directed here, that means you must read the information provided.  It may also mean that your order is not ready to send yet, and it is still within the timeframes specified to you before placing your preorder. 

I DIDN'T KNOW I HAD A PREORDER, HOW DO I CANCEL?

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel Preorder items. Once you have processed your order, you are legally bonded by our terms and conditions of sale. This is why we also add a TERMS & CONDITIONS box at the checkout that physically stops the checkout process unless you read and agree. 

We do however understand that people select the terms without reading, which is why we offer store credits if you do in fact dismiss the information provided.
