ALL items are packed and shipped from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia. We are not a drop shipping company.
**Important Information for Christmas orders - Our cut-off for orders required for Christmas from our Christmas collection is the 19th Of November. Orders placed after this date cannot be guaranteed for delivery before Christmas.
*Please note, during busy periods, the full 8 weeks may be required.
WHAT IS A PREORDER
A preorder is an item we may have manufactured for us and will require a manufacturing timeframe.
An item may also be offered on preorder if there a high demand, or excessive orders for, which will allow us time to process all orders.
TURNAROUND & TIMEFRAMES FOR PREORDERS
We give an approximate processing time of between 3-8 weeks. Please understand, that this is processing time only and does not include the amount of time it may take for you to receive your order once you receive a tracking number.
Please note, that while we carry over 1000 different styles, there may be slight delays in manufacturing or international shipping hold ups for manufactured items to arrive to us. This is not intentional and apologise in advance if there may be a delay in a particular line or item.
Order placed using Afterpay or ZipPay will not alter our time frames nor change our preorder turnaround.
If you select EXPRESS POSTAGE, this will also not change the Preorder Processing time. Express Shipping is a service that Australia Post will use once your order has been dispatched.
Cancellation of a preorder is treated as a change of mind condition. If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, you will be issued with a store credit.
On the rare occasion we may offer a refund, but a ( $10.50 ) cancellation fee will apply. This covers website/sales fee's, Paypal/Credit Merchant fee's and reselling fee's which are non refundable to us.
Once your order has been placed, any alterations to an order may be considered as a change of mind and store credit may be issued.
